Returns &Refund policy

We hope you are thrilled with your order. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send us an email at marketing@thisistago.com detailing your issue and we shall arrange the collection of your returned items and proof of purchase.

We are able to process returns under the following conditions
- Items are returned within 14 days
- Items are in saleable condition: unworn with all packaging/labels intact.
- Items are not sale items

We will refund your product by sending the money back to your original payment method following receipt and inspection of the returned items. We will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return. Please note that it can take your card provider 3 to 5 working days to credit your account. If your card has expired in the meantime, please contact us at support@thisitago.com

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error
